Orfanos and his agents and/or representatives are hereby granted the sole and exclusive authority to wind down and liquidate the assets of MHOP, including, but not limited to operating the store until its sale or closure without any interference from Tassis. 3. Tassis is permanently enjoined from interfering with the operation, management, and/or disposition of MHOP and/or its assets until such time that Orfanos completes the wind down of MHOP. 4. If Tassis continues to work at MHOP, he shall comply with all laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and shall keep accurate financial records of daily activities and provide such information and records to Orfanos each week on a day of Orfanos' choosing until such time that Tassis either (a) stops working at MHOP; or (b) Orfanos closes or sells the business.
