AICasePredict is an enterprise litigation analytics platform that provides data-driven insights from court records. Our platform utilizes Premonition LLC's proprietary database of 325+ million court records to deliver:

• Case outcome analytics and pattern recognition
• Attorney and judge performance metrics
• Court-level statistical analysis
• AI-powered litigation intelligence reports

The platform is designed to assist legal professionals, litigants, and researchers in making informed decisions based on historical court data.

2 Usage Rights

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the AICasePredict platform for your internal business or personal research purposes.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to extract data from the platform
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense access to the platform or its data
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the platform

3 Acceptable Use

You retain ownership of any data you submit to the platform. By submitting data, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use that data to provide and improve our services.

Court records and public filings remain in the public domain. Our compilation, analysis, and presentation of such records constitute our proprietary work product.

AICasePredict aggregates data from publicly available court records across federal, state, and local jurisdictions throughout the United States. Our data is sourced through Premonition LLC, which maintains one of the world's largest litigation databases.

While we strive to maintain accurate and up-to-date information, court records may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. Data availability and update frequency may vary by jurisdiction.

We do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of any court record or analytical output. Users should verify critical information through official court sources.

8 Disclaimers

THE AICasePredict PLATFORM AND ALL INFORMATION, CONTENT, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose

• Warranties that the platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free

9 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AICasePredict AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Loss of data or data breach
• Damages arising from reliance on platform analytics or information
• Damages arising from service interruptions or errors

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

10 Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising from or relating to your use of the AICasePredict platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, for the resolution of any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform.
