He practices in the areas of products and general liability, including complex and catastrophic fires/explosions as well as wrongful death and various tort matters. As part of his practice, Kevin has been admitted pro hac vice in multiple states including California, Colorado, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon, and Texas. Over his 15 years experience, he has handled hundreds of cases from investigation, through discovery, and trial. Kevin is a member of the Arizona State Bar (2008), New Mexico State Bar (2009) and the Federal Bars in New Mexico (2011) and Colorado (2016). From 2015-2022, Southwest Super Lawyers named Kevin a rising star. Prior to joining MLL, Kevin practiced for a large civil litigation firm in Albuquerque and was a prosecutor. Kevin graduated from the University of Arizona, cum laude, in 2004 and Creighton University School of law, cum laude, in 2008. He is the proud father of his daughter, Lauren, who is 11 years old.
