Shelly A. Fogarty

Shelly has been working in McMinnville as a family law attorney for ten years. Prior to opening Fogarty Legal, Shelly worked as an associate attorney in a small law firm where she developed her interest in family law and helping people navigate their way through emotional and sensitive matters. Before that, she worked as a law clerk for the Marion County courts where she was involved with both family law, as well as civil and criminal matters. Shelly grew up in West Virginia with her six siblings. She moved to McMinnville in 2008 following her graduation from West Virginia College of Law. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her son and daughter who are involved in local sports and activities, and playing with her two small dogs, Bacon and Porkchop. And of course, she loves cheering on her beloved West Virginia Mountaineers in football and basketball.
