Her practice primarily involves mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and other complex corporate governance and business matters in the Delaware Court of Chancery. Corinne is a magna cum laude graduate of both Franklin & Marshall College and Widener University School of Law. While attending law school, she served on the administrative board of The Delaware Journal of Corporate Law, was a member of Phi Kappa Phi National Honor Society, and served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Gregory M. Sleet, United States District Court Judge for the District of Delaware. Corinne was admitted to practice in the State of Delaware in 2007. She has been recognized in the 2014-2017 and, 2022-2025 editions of Super Lawyers, named in The Best Lawyers in America in 2021, 2022 and 2023 and Chambers rated.
