Robert J. Penrod has provided legal expertise in representing a variety of commercial clients involving commercial disputes. Mr. Penrod has successfully litigated commercial matters including, but not limited to, claims for breach of contract, breach of non-compete agreements, breach of non-solicitation agreements, misappropriation of trade secrets, breach of fiduciary duties, tortious interference with business expectancy and tortious interference with contractual relationship. Mr. Penrod has additional experience handling insurance defense, employment and municipal matters.
