Andrew R. Riera

Andrew Riera is an associate attorney with Freeman, Goldis, and Cash. Prior to joining Freeman, Goldis, and Cash, Andrew worked at a civil litigation insurance defense firm focusing his practice on wrongful death, commercial litigation, bad faith litigation, products liability, maritime, and auto negligence defense. Further, Andrew has significant experience in defending workers compensation claims. In defending claims, Andrew is ready and willing to take claims to trial, however, he is also very comfortable with alternative dispute resolution. Andrew graduated from the University of Florida College of Law. While in law school, he interned for the Honorable Judge Peter Lopez. Prior to law school, Andrew attended Florida International University and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. He moved to the Tampa, FL area in 2016 and now calls Seminole Heights home with his wife and their two children.
