Brittany Perez Biography Brittany A. Perez is a partner in Wicker Smiths Naples office, where she focuses her practice on a variety of civil litigation matters, including but not limited to: commercial litigation, premises liability, products liability, general negligence, medical malpractice, community association law, and complex subrogation defense. In 2012, Ms. Perez graduated cum laude from Ohio University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism. She then went on to receive her Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law in 2016. While in law school, Ms. Perez completed an intensive study abroad program with a focus in International and Comparative Law at the University of Seville in Spain, received the Excellence in Pro Bono Service Award, taught local high school students, as well as volunteered as a coach for high school mock trial teams. Prior to joining Wicker Smith, Ms. Perez was a law clerk at one of the largest personal injury law firms in the country. She was also an intern for the Honorable Judge Bronwyn Miller of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit, and a certified legal intern at the Miami-Dade State Attorneys Office. Ms. Perez was admitted to practice in the state of Florida in 2016, and is a member of the Florida Bar and Collier County Bar Association. She is also conversant in American Sign Language.
