Patrick Clerkin

As one of the practice partners of Clerkin, Sinclair and Mahfouz, LLPs litigation, subrogation, and collection practice groups, Patrick Clerkin is both diligent in his law practice and committed to the profession. He joined the firm in 2014 after spending 4 years as a litigation partner with a large, well-respected national litigation firm. With over a decade of experience, he protects the rights of all his clients, including cases involving auto subrogation, large loss property subrogation, commercial defense, bodily injury defense, premises liability defense, and defective products. In addition to his law practice, Patrick also authors and speaks for various publications and associations, including the National Association of Subrogation Professionals. Patrick is also committed to the community and is a CASA mentor and volunteer in the Collin County, Texas area, helping children who have been placed into custody by Child Protective Services. Having grown up in a loving and caring family, he wanted to give back to the community that gave him a head start. Family means a lot to Patrick, and as a major sports fan, he has taken on the task of coaching his three daughters basketball teams.
