Jamie Kay Ellsworth

Ms. Ellsworth was born and raised in Idaho and returned to Boise after graduating from the University of San Diego School of Law. Her practice concentrates on civil litigation with an emphasis on insurance defense and complex commercial litigation. She has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in litigation matters brought in state and federal court. Prior to joining Anderson, Julian and Hull, Ms. Ellsworth worked at a regional law firm focusing primarily on third-party insurance defense, intellectual property litigation, and patent prosecution. As the former legal advisor for the Idaho Innocence Project, Ms. Ellsworth has a passion for advocating for her clients. In her spare time, Ms. Ellsworth can be found exploring the outdoors with her children or reading a book.
