Tobias L. Eisenlohr

Tobias Eisenlohr is a Cincinnati native. His legal career began in Tidewater Virginia, where he worked primarily in local government. He returned home in 2018 and has spent the years since working private practice and as in-house counsel for a governmental agency. In over a decade of practice, he has appeared in court in nearly 50 jurisdictions, conducted civil and felony criminal trials, and presented arguments before the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. He has extensive experience as an attorney representing or appearing before agency boards and commissions, and as a hearing officer for agency grievances. His main interests in law are local government, land use, real estate law, and litigation. As a real estate attorney, he was worked in property management, closings, transactions, complex disputes, and governmental permitting. Outside of the office, Tobias is an outdoor enthusiast with a passion for trail running and off-road cycling. Some of his favorite outdoor adventures include cycling 2700 miles from Montana to New Mexico on the Great Divide Mountain Bike Route, backpacking the John Muir Trail, and completing a 100 mile ultramarathon in West Virginia s New River Gorge. He also enjoys performing onstage as an actor, singer, and standup comedian.
