Magdalena E. Myers

Maggie Myers is the Cincinnati Office Chair. Maggie earned her law degree from Capital University Law School in 2011 after graduating from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio in 2008 with a degree in Accounting. Through her last year of law school and upon graduation, Maggie worked for a law firm representing lenders in foreclosure actions. At Kaman & Cusimano, she uses her experience to focus her practice on Ohio and Kentucky community association assessment recovery, foreclosure litigation, bankruptcy, and general covenant enforcement as well as general operational issues. Maggie uses her strong accounting background and foreclosure experience to effectively represent clients in collections cases. She is a verbally strong advocate for associations with an appreciation for the sensitive nature of collections, which leads to her ability to find the most effective solution. Maggie spends numerous evenings and weekends attending board and annual owners meetings throughout Ohio. At these meetings, Maggie is well respected for her ability to educate owners and board members on the many aspects of community association living. Maggie is astute at providing solutions to challenges associations regularly face so that the boards may be more efficient in operating their communities. Maggie enjoys her focus on community association law because it allows her to develop relationships with community association board members and property managers and to see first-hand the positive effects of her efforts on behalf of Ohio and Kentucky community associations.
