Sarah Spangler

Sarah is responsible for overseeing of all M Groups operations, including forming new legal entities, budgeting, managing and disposing of investment opportunities, managing investment budgets, investor relations, and vendor and contractor payments. Sarah also oversees the investment audit process. Sarah joined M Group with a background practicing law, with a focus on estate planning, real estate, taxation, and business matters. After joining M Group Sarah shifted her focus to distressed investing. Sarah obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Texas at Arlington in Marketing. She later moved to Florida to work for Disney, before pursuing her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University, and then her Master of Laws (LL. M.) in Estate Planning from the University of Miami. Sarah maintains licenses in Florida and Texas.
