Profile Currently serving as Murphy Pearsons managing shareholder, Aaron maintains an active litigation and trial practice representing clients in civil, criminal, administrative and business disputes. In addition, he counsels clients on corporate, fiduciary, banking, securities, employment and intellectual property matters and disputes. Business Advice and Counsel Aaron assists clients in setting up smooth business operations, including corporate formation, planning, and risk management, often advising on corporate restructuring, succession planning, business dissolution and ongoing employment matters. Outside General Counsel Serving as outside general counsel to many professionals and businesses in the fields of finance, entertainment, banking, securities, antitrust, nonprofit, construction, manufacturing, import/export, food and beverage, real estate, publishing, public and governmental relations, retail, and professional services, Aaron provides a wide variety of business legal advice and counsel. For these clients, he regularly negotiates contracts, leases, licenses, joint ventures, and master service agreements, as well as representing parties to acquisitions and mergers.
