Albee [email protected] After obtaining her undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Florida, Ms. Albee began her career as an Assistant State Attorney in Orange and Osceola Counties where she gained invaluable jury trial experience while prosecuting criminal cases on behalf of the State of Florida. In 2000, Ms. Albee began practicing with Henrichsen Siegel, P. L. L. C. where she focused on: Civil/Construction litigation representing insurance companies, small businesses and individuals with a focus on commercial law, surety law, construction litigation, subrogation, and business disputes Civil litigation representing small businesses and individuals in employment disputes involving discrimination, harassment and retaliation claims under federal and state law Civil litigation experience also includes representation of individuals on breach of contract actions and consumer protection claims With her wide range of experience, Ms. Albee brings an unique perspective to her clients matters. In addition to her legal work, Ms. Albee is involved in our community through her work with Community Nutcracker, Inc., the Catholic Lawyers Guild and in her parish.
