Overview Experience News & Events Professional & Civic Summary Diane is an attorney in our Private Client practice group where her focus is on providing personalized legal services to her clients. For over 35 years, Diane has assisted clients of all sizes and asset levels with estate and wealth transfer planning, including the preparation of legal documents such as wills and trusts, probate representation, guardianships, conservatorships, and trust administration. In addition to her estate planning practice, Diane has extensive experience in real estate matters, including condominium and homeowner association law, title issues, residential and commercial sales and leases, evictions and financing, and in corporate law, business sales and acquisitions and succession planning. After receiving her Bachelor of Science with a double major in Public Law and Government and Psychology from Eastern Michigan University, Diane attended the University of Santa Clara School of Law. After several years in private practice, Diane attended Emory University School of Law where she received her Master of Law in Taxation, With Distinction. She is admitted to practice in Michigan and Georgia and in front of the United States Tax Court and the Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. Diane is a native of Michigan and has spent the majority of her career practicing in Oakland County. She currently resides in Clarkston.
