Francisco Javier Lozano

Applying his knowledge and strategic skills, Mr. Lozano second-chaired a federal employment discrimination and retaliation case to a successful jury verdict. He also had success reducing an unwarranted 30-day suspension to a written reprimand. In both instances, he was able to retrieve over $200,000.00 of attorneys fees for his clients. Mr. Lozano graduated from Michigan State University, where he was a founding member of their mock trial team. He earned a Juris Doctorate from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School, graduating magna cum laude. During law school, Mr. Lozano clerked for Judge Patricia P. Fresard and Judge Gerald Rosen Chief Judge of the Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. Mr. Lozano is licensed to practice in Michigan as well as the Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. He is also a member of the Hispanic Bar of Michigan.
