Samuel A. Mullman

Prior to joining Wellborn & Wallace, LLC Sam gained experience as a clerk to the Honorable Gail S. Tusan during her tenure as the Chief Judge of the Superior Court of Fulton County and then as an associate at Ballard Spahr, LLP in the intellectual property litigation group. Sam has experience bringing and defending actions in federal and state courts, AAA arbitrations, and International Chamber of Commerce arbitrations. Sam’s work focuses on supporting the commercial needs and goals of his clients to ensure they are covered from beginning to end in the event any intellectual property or business dispute occurs. Sam assists companies large and small with entity creation, corporate guidance, and intellectual property asset creation, protection, and enforcement. Additionally, Sam practices in all aspects of litigation, including copyright, trademark, and trade dress litigation.
