Joshua M. Erspamer is an appellate and post-trial litigator licensed in Pennsylvania with more than a decade of litigation experience. He focuses on issue preservation, record strategy, and concise briefing before Pennsylvanias appellate courts, and he appears in federal appellate courts where admitted.
