Stephanie Radecke

Experienced Landlord Attorney in Washington Ms. Radecke currently focuses her practice primarily representing landlords and property owners in various contexts pertaining to disputes with their tenants which may result in eviction and ejectment proceedings. As a skilled landlord attorney in Washington, she also practices in general civil litigation including protection orders, represents defendants in criminal cases, and handles traffic infractions. Although Ms. Radecke primarily practices in Clark County, she also represents clients in Cowlitz County, and Klickitat County in various civil and criminal matters. While attending law school, she worked in-house at a large municipality in Illinois and worked on both criminal and civil matters. The civil areas Ms. Radecke primarily handled were: personal injury, labor and employment law, municipal law, and constitutional law. On the criminal side, she attended traffic court weekly as a student-licensed prosecutor, completed several bench trials, and negotiated plea agreements. Ms. Radecke feels that having worked on both sides of the criminal sphere has provided her with a unique perspective that she applies in her holistic approach to lawyering. Outside of her legal experience, Ms. Radecke taught an introductory literature course to undergraduate students at Northern Illinois University and she also served as the Vice President of the Latinx Law Student Association at her law school.
