Annmarie Flores

Ann Marie Flores practices in the areas of motor vehicle negligence, premises liability, construction defect and professional negligence. Ann Marie has represented one of the largest New Jersey bar/restaurants in multiple matters, a New Jersey insurance company in fraud investigations and litigation, commercial and residential landlords, restaurant chains and motels/hotels. She obtained many orders granting summary judgment in favor of her clients and successfully defended many appeals in the New Jersey Appellate Division. Ann Marie joined Wilson Elser from the largest insurance defense firm in Florida. Following her undergraduate studies, Ann Marie became a casualty adjuster at a large New Jersey insurance company, transitioning to a law firm as an office manager, assistant and paralegal while attending law school at night. After completing law school, she began practicing insurance defense and subrogation, including motor vehicle negligence, premises liability (slip/trip and fall, negligent security, dram shop), fraud investigations and litigation, construction defect, first-party property and medical malpractice.
