Legal Assistant - Alexa Martinez Before joining Sloan Law Firm in 1980, Alan Johnson spent two years as a research attorney for the Honorable J. Richard Foth, Chief Judge of the Kansas Court of Appeals. Mr. Johnsons practice is now focused on trial and appellate court work. He has experience as trial counsel for both plaintiffs and defendants. His areas of emphasis include labor and employment litigation in civil rights, discrimination, and benefit entitlement. Mr. Johnson has also successfully pursued the rights of injured parties in personal injury actions.
