About
During law school, Mr. Yanks served as the Assistant Lead Technical Editor of Nova Law Review, was a member of Moot Court, and earned two C.A.L.I. Excellence for the Future “Book” Awards for earning the highest grade in both Constitutional Law II and Florida Constitutional Law. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Yanks clerked in the litigation department at a large defense firm in Florida where he worked on complex business, construction, land use, and real estate litigation matters. Mr. Yanks now focuses his practice on construction litigation, general liability, and real estate litigation.
