About Education & Admissions Professional Affiliations About Justin Nail focuses his practice primarily on employment, public utility, municipal, and administrative law matters. He currently serves as the municipal prosecutor for the City of Universal City, Texas, and previously served as the municipal prosecutor for the City of Balcones Heights and City of Cibolo. In his employment practice, Mr. Nail represents employers on all matters impacting their employees under labor and employment laws at both the federal and state levels, including compliance with Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). Mr. Nail assists clients with day-to-day employment decisions, preparation and implementation of employment policies, conducting employment investigations, responding to charges of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation, and defending employment-related claims. While at Texas Tech University School of Law, Mr. Nail was a member of the Board of Barristers and represented Texas Tech on the ABA Arbitration team.
