Robert Isaacs

In his family law practice, Mr. Isaacs primarily helps people whose marriages are coming to an end and who are thus having to deal with such divorce-related issues as property division, child custody and visitation, and spousal and child support. His experience in this area of the law also includes adoptions, the preparation and review of prenuptial and post-marital agreements, and the representation of clients who have already gotten a divorce and who are now seeking to enforce or modify existing support and parenting orders. Mr. Isaacs also defends clients who have been charged with speeding or reckless driving, and he helps people who are planning their estate by drafting wills, advance medical directives, and financial and health care powers of attorney.Mr. Isaacs has represented several entrepreneurs who are contemplating the launch of a new business venture. At the outset, he helps them determine the optimum form of legal entity, and after it has been formed, he prepares and reviews contracts, assists in lease negotiations, and advises them on regulatory compliance and other ongoing matters. Mr. Isaacs is a 1993 recipient of a Juris Doctor from what was then known as the George Mason University School of Law.
