In addition, Michael has extensive experience in defending clients in cases involving the Illinois Mechanics Lien Act, Eminent Domain Act, civil forfeiture lien defense, and negotiating complex, high-value settlement agreements. Michael provides counsel to lenders and financial institutions, helping them comply with regulatory requirements and mitigating risks associated with commercial and residential lending.
