Justin Banks

Attorney Justin M. Banks focuses his practice in all areas of family law, including divorce, post-divorce modification and contempt matters, restraining orders, child custody, paternity, asset division, alimony and support. He has extensive experience litigating and negotiating agreements in high-conflict divorce and custody matters, and has overseen cases involving intricate financial issues, business valuations and high net-worth marital estates. Attorney Banks joined Kajko, Weisman, & Colasanti in 2019. Prior to joining the firm Justin served as an Associate at a boutique suburban Domestic Relations firm. Justin began his career as a Civil Litigation Associate at a Boston based law firm. Justin received his Juris Doctorate degree from New England Law Boston and his Undergraduate degree from Boston College. While in law school, Justin interned for the Justices of the Massachusetts Probate and Family Court for Suffolk, Essex, and Worcester counties. Justins years of experience in domestic relations law and civil litigation, meticulous approach to each case, and tireless work ethic, make him a fierce legal advocate for his clients.
