Victoria Muniz

Victoria Muñiz Victoria graduated from McAllen High School and completed her bachelors degree at the University of North Texas in Denton, Texas. In 2010, she graduated from Texas Tech School of Law and returned home to begin her legal journey. She became licensed to practice law in Texas in November 2010. She worked at the Hidalgo County District Attorneys Office from 2010-2018. In her eight (8) years with the office she tried many cases from jury selection to verdict. As a first chair (lead counsel) she handled a variety of cases ranging from misdemeanor possession of marijuana up to complex capital murders. She ended her career at the District Attorneys Office to start her own private practice in 2018, but continues to make helping people her priority. She currently handles cases in Hidalgo County and Nueces County.
