Apurva A. Kunte

Apurva defends clients in complex commercial litigation matters involving white collar and government investigations, fraud, breach of contract, civil investigative demands, False Claims Act and other commercial matters. She has handled cases in state and federal court, including multidistrict litigation. As a debate champion and Tae Kwon Do blackbelt, Apurva is known for being a formidable advocate for her clients, as evidenced through her extensive experience interviewing investigative witnesses and facilitating depositions. Apurvas pro bono experience includes assisting families in issues of immigration, evictions, parental rights and restraining orders. She donated more than 50 hours of pro bono work in 2022.
