Mary Kathryn Brown

Mary Kate Brown is a Wimberley local. Both Mary Kate and her husband, Travis, attended Wimberley High School, and knew they always wanted to call Wimberley home. They have two children that always keep them on the go. Her daughter is attending college at Texas A & M in College Station and her son is a mastermind of video games and dedicated soccer player. She began her practice in Austin, Texas exclusively in the area of Family Law. Surprisingly, Family Law touches on practically all areas of property law and so much more. Mary Kate loves being in the courtroom but knows the ins and outs of avoiding litigation. Mary Kate is also a certified mediator, and genuinely enjoys facilitating communications between litigants to help promote settlement and understanding. In 2022, Mary Kate made the move to Stevens & Malone, PLLC. Her practice primarily focuses on Wills & Estates, Probate, and Family Law. She enjoys being able to provide a service to the community she calls home. When she is not in the office, she enjoys camping, fishing, gardening, and just being a mom.
