Andrew Francis McComb

Mr. Francis is an associate in the Houston office. His primary practice is representing school districts as well as other public and private sector employers in labor, employment, and civil rights litigation matters. Mr. Francis graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Sam Houston State University in 2008. In 2010, Mr. Francis earned his Master of Business Administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. In 2020, Mr. Francis received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law Houston. While studying at South Texas College of Law Houston, Mr. Francis made the Deans List and received the CALI Excellence Award for the highest grade awarded in Legal Writing and Research I, Criminal Law, Wills Trusts and Estates, Family Law, and Professional Sport Law. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Francis worked for over 10 years in multiple Human Resource partner roles within the Oil and Gas and Retail industries.
