Danielle R. Drake

Danielle Drake Danielle obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law in May 2020. She was admitted to The Missouri Bar in September 2020 and proudly holds membership in the 26th Judicial Circuit Bar Association. Born and raised in the beautiful and distinctive Lake of the Ozarks, Danielle felt honored to return to her roots and practice law in her hometown and is now partner at the law firm of Parks & Drake, LLC in Lake Ozark. Danielles primary focus encompasses civil litigation, business planning, landlord/tenant law, property disputes, family law, and contract disputes. During her time in law school, Danielles exceptional advocacy skills were evident as she served as a captain of the UMKC School of Law Mock Trial Team. Her courtroom prowess earned her the prestigious Order of the Barristers award, recognizing her as one of the top 10 courtroom advocates in her graduating class. Improving the legal field and embracing new technology within practice is a cornerstone of Danielles business and legal work. Outside of her legal endeavors, Danielle embraces the vast array of activities that the Lake of the Ozarks offers. Whether shes boating, or enjoying quality time with her friends, family, and two cherished labs, Danielle finds solace in the natural beauty and recreational opportunities that the lake area provides.
