Biography I am a trial lawyer with 15 years of experience in the courtroom in a variety of business litigation matters, representing businesses and individuals as the plaintiff and defendant. I genuinely love being an attorney. I pride myself on listening to my clients concerns, representing their interests with passion, and working diligently to get the best outcomes. Megan Rapp focuses her practice on business litigation and has managed state and federal litigation from the filing of the lawsuit through appeal. Megan handles a variety of litigation matters for businesses and individuals on both the plaintiff and defense side. She routinely represents clients in litigation involving claims for fraud, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, and tortious interference. Megan has also represented clients in negligence cases related to property damage and personal injury, employment disputes arising out of state and federal law, and cases involving construction defects and lien disputes.
