Robin D. Korte

Robin Kortes practice focuses on assisting major domestic insurance companies with third-party liability coverage issues. Since 2008, she has specialized in insurance coverage matters involving a myriad of diverse issues concerning primary and excess/umbrella levels of coverage under General Liability policies and Personal Lines policies (auto, homeowners, and personal umbrella). Ms. Kortes strong civil litigation background is instrumental in her handling of first-party and third-party bad faith cases through all phases of litigation. She has successfully resolved issues for clients through dispositive motions and has been involved with mediations and other forms of alternative dispute resolution. She also has represented insurers in administrative regulatory hearings.
