About Jason Palker As a member of the workforce in a wide array of industries since the age of 14, and an active attorney since passing the State Bar of Texas in 2019, Jason Palker is familiar with the needs of hardworking residents of Texas and has the skills and passion to fight for justice for them. He proudly holds the record for the largest residential storm damage judgment in South Texas. He has tackled hundreds of first-party insurance claims, been involved in mass tort litigation related to explosions along the Gulf Coast, and has undertaken the litigation of numerous other Consumer Protection lawsuits. Committed to hard work, Mr. Palker has unwaveringly pursued a legal career since obtaining a job as a legal assistant in the litigation of catastrophic hail damage claims in 2012. While finishing his bachelors degree and then a law degree at St. Marys University School of Law, Jason rapidly advanced in his role as a paralegal, due to his untiring desire to learn more and work hard. Mr. Palker has been recognized as a Lifetime Charter Member by the Best Attorneys of America, as a Top 40 Under 40 attorney by the American Academy of Attorneys.
