Shannon Thomas

Shannon Thomas, is an Associate Attorney with Moran Kidds Litigation Department and joined the Firm in April 2024. Shannon is a general civil liability litigator and focuses his practice on representing businesses and individuals in diverse areas of law. Prior to joining Moran Kidd, Shannon defended insurance companies and businesses in civil disputes at the largest insurance defense firm in Florida. Additionally, he has litigated cases involving intellectual property, real estate, probate, personal injuries, and landlord/tenant matters. Despite his litigation background, Shannon also provides and encourages preventative counseling to all of his clients. Shannon attended Florida A&M University College of Law after graduating from Florida International University with a bachelors degree in Sports Management. Through his career and experience, Shannon has learned and acquired the skills to be a strong negotiator and advocate as a result of independently handling a variety of cases.
