Jessica Bacon

Jessica Bacon is Northeast Ohio born and raised. She attended Kent State University and obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice Studies. She then attended The University of Akron School of Law and graduated in 2006. Jessica has been licensed to practice law in Ohio since 2006 and licensed in Pennsylvania since 2016. While in law school in 2004, Jessica began working as a law clerk for Bevan and Associates LPA, Inc. in the Workers’ Compensation Division assisting workers injured on the job. Upon being admitted to practice in Ohio in 2006, Jessica began to focus on those injured workers specifically injured by toxic substances in the workplace such as asbestos. For the last 19 years, Jessica has continued to represent those injured in all realms of personal injury (dog bites, motor vehicle crashes, slip/falls, asbestos exposure, workplace injuries). Jessica’s entire legal career has centered on helping those who are injured due to the negligence of another person or company.View All Team Members
