Jennifer Yoxall

Jennifer is an Atlanta native who grew up in Miami, Florida but returned to her roots for Law School and beyond. Growing up in a family of trial lawyers, Jennifer knew at a very young age that she too was destined for the courtroom. Jennifer earned her Bachelors Degree in Sociology at the University of Florida, graduating Summa Cum Laude. Jennifer then attended the prestigious Emory University School of Law where she earned her Juris Doctor in 2004. Upon graduation, Jennifer practiced Family Law in Florida for 2 years where she successfully litigated cases such as divorce, child custody, spousal support, post judgment modifications, and appeals. In 2006, Jennifer once again returned to her roots in Atlanta and became a member of the Georgia Bar. Subsequently, Jennifers yearning for justice and need to improve social issues for those less fortunate led her to the Fulton County Public Defenders Office where she spent 9 years litigating serious felony cases. In 2015 Jennifer left the Fulton County Public Defenders Office and decided to hang her own shingle by starting Law Offices of Jennifer Yoxall. With her vast courtroom experience and knowledge, Jennifer now focuses solely on Divorce and Custody with a focus on Fathers Rights. Jennifers cases consist of divorce, custody, alimony, child support, legitimation, modification of custody/child support/alimony and prenups and postnups. Jennifer is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the State of Georgia, all trial and appellate courts in the State of Georgia and the State of Florida. Jennifer continues to practice law in both Georgia and Florida. Jennifer is proficient in Spanish and enjoys representing Spanish speaking clients. Although Jennifer is always attentive to her clients and her business, when she is not in a Courtroom or with clients, you can find her scuba diving in the deep as she is a Certified Rescue Diver, working out, playing pickleball or you can find her with her Husband and three children and their five dogs.
