About Kirby Stermer Mrs. Stermer has primarily focused her practice on helping individuals with family matters, civil litigation and criminal matters. She has represented clients in areas ranging from highly litigated custody jury trials to habeas corpus proceedings. Mrs. Stermer has also represented clients in contested property division cases and helped men and women navigate complicated post divorce financial divisions. Mrs. Stermer has helped citizens accused of minor traffic violations to murder. Mrs. Stermer and her husband are the proud parents of two boys. Mrs. Stermer and her family enjoy bow hunting, fishing and playing golf.
