Gary S. Rubenstein

Gary S. Rubenstein is a principal with the firm and has been practicing with this firm since 1977. He received a B. A. from Purdue University in 1973 and a J. D. from Vanderbilt University in 1977 where he was President of Vanderbilt Law School from 1976 through 1977. His practice consists predominantly of insurance defense, surety bond issues, and landlord/tenant matters. Mr. Rubensteins landlord/tenant practice includes representing various management companies in the Middle Tennessee area. Mr. Rubenstein is a Member of the Tennessee Apartment Association and is a lecturer on landlord/tenant issues, providing continuing legal and real estate education.
