Natalie M. McMahan

Biography Biography Natalie M. McMahan is an attorney who represents individuals and both privately held and public companies in a wide range of civil litigation matters. Natalies practice focuses on representing insurance companies in coverage and liability disputes, including extracontractual defense. She also represents financial institutions in commercial litigation and defends employers in wage, labor, contract, and discrimination lawsuits. Natalie has represented clients through administrative proceedings and all stages of litigation in state and federal courts. Natalie also regularly assists clients with estate planning, trust administration, and probate matters. Natalie attended the University of Oklahoma College of Law where she earned the American Jurisprudence Award for Professional Responsibility, Litigation Skills, and the Criminal Defense Clinic. She served as the Staff Editor on the Oklahoma Law Review and was on the Deans Honor Roll. Prior to law school, Natalie was an Officer in the U. S. Navy.
