About Me Why is it important to you to represent real people instead of companies? In representing real people, you are able to make a real difference. While each case represents a small sliver of society, it also can make a huge difference in that individuals life. Big change can come from a culmination of really big little moments. What is your favorite memory of working with Spitz, The Employees Law Firm? My favorite memory while working at Spitz happened right after Brian and I got a favorable judgment at trial for our client. The client, who came to trial everyday right after getting off work on third shift, gave us the biggest hug; not because he was awarded money, but that he was vindicated. It was an amazing feeling. Tell me about a time when you felt discriminated against, picked on, or bullied and how that impacts how you do your job? As a mixed-race individual, I have experienced multiple instances of discrimination, whether overtly or through microaggressions. This allows me to empathize with many of my clients, creating an environment where they feel seen and heard.
