He was sworn in as a member of the California Bar on December 11, 1989. Todd began representing the insurance industry in 1990, and became focused in insurance subrogation, bond collections and commercial collections in 1992. Todd founded the Law Office of Todd F. Haines in 1995 with a focus on insurance subrogation, claims by rental car companies, bond collection and commercial collection. These practice areas continue to be the foundation of the firm. Todd is a member of the National Association of Subrogation Professionals (NASP), and is on the NASP Legislative Affairs Committee. Todd was elected three (3) times, and served as a council-person in his community of Oak Park from 1995 to 2008. He is married, and has three (3) children.
