McGrew Andrew Livingston

Since graduating from the University of Kansas School of Law, Andrew McGrew has committed himself to representing property owners and management companies in the Greater Kansas City area. His experience at all stages of litigation allows him to effectively represent his clients at trial and to provide legal counsel in the areas of fair housing defense, breach of contract, lease enforcement, and creditor’s rights issues. Andrew also has more than four years of transactional experience, and has worked with newly formed businesses to ensure that they comply with applicable local, state, and federal regulations, helping those businesses draft the documents necessary for the effective administration of that company.
