D. Andrew Folkner

Andrew Folkner, a partner in the firms litigation practice, represents real estate brokers, agents, management companies, investors, and homeowners in litigation. He regularly advises residential and commercial landlords and property management companies regarding landlord-tenant law, compliance, and lease negotiations. In addition, Andrew represents local governments and municipalities with property tax and real estate-related matters. Andrew has successfully litigated several cases before the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Georgia. He is a member of the American Bar Association, State Bar of Georgia, and State Bar of Alabama. In Georgia, he is licensed to practice in all state and federal courts. In Alabama, he is admitted to practice in all state courts as well as the United States District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Alabama. Andrew was a four-year member of the Georgia Tech Yellow Jacket football team and is currently an active member of the Georgia Tech Lettermens Club.
