He is a member of the Commercial Litigation, Real Estate, and Business Transactions practice groups. Prior to joining GRSM, Jordan practiced a significant amount of general commercial litigation including breach of contract and business litigation, insurance coverage disputes, creditors rights and bankruptcy. Additionally, he also assisted in commercial real estate transactions including development, both acquisitions and divestitures of healthcare and retail properties, and real estate related financing. At GRSM Jordan is able to combine his skills and experience as a litigator, and passion for the transactional side of law and represent an array of clients with real estate litigation and other related business litigation.
