Dear Friends, It has been both a pleasure and a privilege to work with you at some point over the past 45 years of my private practice. I have made the decision to step down as an active counsel with our firm Ryan, Morton & Imms, LLC effective December 31, 2024. I have worked with my partners Rick Morton and Michael Imms for more than thirty years. I have the utmost confidence in both of these fine attorneys. They are prepared to continue my work in estate planning and administration, business counsel and related matters, and real estate, in addition to the other areas of expertise they possess.
