Robert M. Fulton

Early in his career, Bob Fulton was retained as state-wide counsel for an automobile manufacturer, which speaks to his ability to become a trusted advocate and counselor for his clients. Bob has been with the firm for 30 years and currently serves as Managing Shareholder. His practice primarily involves the defense of companies in products liability, catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death claims. Throughout his career, Bob has defended national and international clients in numerous automotive, trucking, consumer products and power tool products liability cases throughout Florida and in several other states. He also has represented retailers and home builders in premises liability matters. He prides himself on being responsive to clients and on bringing cases to a successful conclusion through settlement or trial, whichever is best for the client. Bob has tried cases in federal and state courts within Florida and outside of Florida. He serves as one of the firms liaisons with the Trial Network, he is a member of the Product Liability Advisory Council, and the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel. He speaks frequently at Bar and Industry meetings. Active in the community, Bob currently serves as co-chair of the American Heart Association Lawyers with Heart for the Tampa Bay Heart Walk and recently served on the Executive Committee for the Heart Walk. He is also involved with several other local civic and charitable organizations. When not at work, Bob enjoys being outdoors - hiking, biking, walking and fishing. He is also passionate about watching and following the Florida Gators and the Duke Blue Devils.
