A. in August 2022 as an associate attorney defending employers, insurers, and third-party administrators in workers compensation claims. Prior to joining Heacox Hartman, Tristan practiced creditors rights law. Since his admission to the Minnesota Bar in 2017, Tristan has also clerked for a district court judge, and represented clients in district court civil litigation matters throughout Minnesota. Outside of work, Tristan enjoys traveling, playing basketball, spending time with family, and cheering on Colorado sports teams, particularly the Denver Broncos.
