Mischa A. Montgomery

Mischa Montgomery graduated from DeVry University with a BS in Technical Management and is a member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. She attended law school at Texas Southern University, where she participated in mock trial, moot court and law journal. She has clerked for Judge Kenneth Hoyt of the Southern District of Texas and Judge Hazel B. Jones of the 174th Criminal District Court of Harris County, Texas. She was a career paralegal for 10 years prior to law school with an emphasis on civil litigation. Her background includes civil litigation, estate planning & probate, real estate, oil and gas, guardianships, trusts, and family law. She is a born and raised Houstonian and is very familiar with the Southeast region of Texas. She is motivated by helping others.
